This place is the best! They seem to have everything, plus extra parking in the back if you can't find a space up front which I don't have a problem with. I came here for one individual screw to put a jewelry holder together, and the guy up front immediately offered to help me with the task of finding the perfect screw. I love how they have individual screws etc without the plastic wrapping and for an easy 0.11-0.17 cents each or so. Once he found the right screw, he even screwed it in for me and voila, I had what I needed! I'd definitely come back here again.

As soon as I walked in, I was not only greeted, but asked if they could help me find anything. The employee walked me to not only find the screws I was looking for, but helped me ensure they were all the correct size. After he checked on other customers while I waited to be rung up, he came up to the counter to be the second cashier & helped ring me up. It's really a breath of fresh air customer service that just makes the biggest difference! I will definitely be returning for future needs.

LOVED THIS PLACE!!! It is a "real" hardware store in every sense of the word. The aisles are too narrow and the shelves are cram-packed with merchandise. Like one of the shops in a Harry Potter movie, the place just begged to be explored! The staff was great and led me directly to what I was looking for. Prices were reasonable. I WILL BE BACK!

Both my dog and I love going to bay hardware! My dog loves it because they treat her like a clean and give her little treats. I love it because they treat me like a valued customer and always help me find what I need. I would not go to a mega store ever again if I could help it because this local business is so personal and helpful and the store is very well stocked.

So let me tell y'all about this place.... THEY ARE AMAAAZING. Everyone is not only friendly, they're very knowledgeable on just about everything you need if not more. I started going to them in 2022 ish, when we just moved to town, and since they were just down the street and I didn't want to go to a big hardware store in another city. I went with an idea of what I needed to do what I wanted, not only did they greet me once I walked in, they asked me what I needed and pointed me in the right direction, even guided me to the aisle & pointed at where the item was. When I was looking, they asked me what it was that I was trying to do, which I told them, and not only did they show me better tools, but even explained how to do it when I got home! I don't work with tools much and have no idea what I'm doing half the time, don't worry I'm never building anything serious, just dumb things around the house. I've been going back ever since from big needs to small needs, it's always so good to see their smiling faces and my dogs love going to the hardware store because they know they get a treat as soon as they walk in the door. Sorry for this long post, but they honestly deserve it because they are absolutely amazing.

My mom and I stopped by here on a whim to look at their tabletop grills and a couple other things. The gentleman behind the counter was friendly and helped us find which one would best suit our needs. Very reasonable prices considering the location!

I have raised this rating from four stars to five based largely on the excellence of the new team, and the fantastic job they did yesterday in matching up the old paint in my house with a new gallon of fresh. It is an absolutely perfect match, and you can't tell even at close range, what was done five years ago, and what was done today. Thanks!

Awesome local mom and pop shop where you can always find a friendly smile and amazing customer service. JR is always patient and helps me with my DIY projects. I would highly recommend shopping there.

This hardware store has everything you need for your home. It’s a gem and there are so many options available to help with your needs and your home. The prices are reasonable and all aisles are stocked. It is a reminder of what it is like to shop in a small town and gather all of your do it yourself projects.
